The sea was calm, and Delfino had a few seashells lined up in front of him like puzzle pieces. Slothy, curious, climbed down a low branch to observe.
Slothy: “Planning a masterpiece?”

Delfino: “I thought I was finishing one. But some pieces don’t fit anymore.”
Slothy: “Did you lose them?”
Delfino: “I think I changed the picture. But no one told the pieces.”
Slothy: “Oof. I know that feeling. The life you imagined doesn’t quite match the one unfolding.”
Delfino: “Yeah. And it makes me feel like I failed somewhere.”

Slothy: “Or maybe you outgrew the puzzle. And now you’re trying to force in parts that belonged to a different version of you.”

Delfino: “But what if I disappoint people who were part of the old picture?”
Slothy: “You can honor what was and still choose what fits now.”
Delfino: “So I’m not broken?”

Slothy: “Not at all. You’re just becoming. And becoming can be messy.”
Delfino: “Feels strange not to know the full picture anymore.”
Slothy: “That’s okay. It means your story’s still being written.”
🌟 A Feature from Soulamore:
Not all puzzles are meant to be completed. Sometimes, the image we thought we were building no longer fits the version of us we’re becoming.
And that’s not failure. That’s evolution. Maybe your dreams have shifted. Maybe the people around you don’t feel aligned. Maybe what once made sense now feels like a borrowed script.
That’s not something to fix—it’s something to explore.
🌱 Confused by your evolving path? Begin the next chapter in the Confession Box 🧩 Or meet someone in Our Peers who’s figuring it out too.
This isn’t the wrong piece. It’s just a new picture.
