The forest smelled fresh, the kind of clean that only comes after rain. Delfino approached slowly, holding a small yellow flower in his fin, its petals damp and bright.
Slothy, perched on a branch, noticed immediately. “What’s that?”

Delfino: “A flower I almost stepped on. I picked it up instead.”
Slothy: “That’s sweet.”
Delfino: “It felt silly, honestly. To stop for something so small.”
Slothy: “Nothing about noticing beauty is silly.”
Delfino: “I don’t know. This week has been heavy, and I keep thinking I’m failing at everything big. Work. Goals. Life.”

Slothy: “And you found a moment of softness anyway.”
Delfino: “It’s just a flower.”
Slothy: “It’s a reminder. That even on heavy days, you can still notice something gentle.”

Delfino: “Sometimes I feel like if I’m not making big moves, I’m not moving at all.”
Slothy: “We’re so quick to measure ourselves by milestones. But the small wins are what keep us going.”
Delfino: “Like what?”
Slothy: “Like getting out of bed when you didn’t want to. Drinking water when you didn’t feel like it. Picking up a flower on a heavy day.”
Delfino: “You think that’s enough?”

Slothy: “I think it’s everything.”
🌟 A Feature from Soulamore:
Big wins get the applause, but small wins keep you alive.
You don’t have to wait for grand milestones to celebrate yourself. Noticing beauty on a hard day is a win. Asking for help is a win. Existing softly is a win.
This Friday, we invite you to honour your quiet victories.
