The stream shimmered with morning quiet. Delfino floated near the shore, gaze fixed on the ripples. Slothy climbed down slowly, sensing something weighed heavier than the water.
Slothy: “You’ve been drifting for a while. You okay?”
Delfino (hesitant): “I’m just... tired in a way that sleep doesn’t fix.”
Slothy: “Emotional tired?”

Delfino (nods): “I think so. I keep showing up, doing the right things. And people say I’m strong. But lately, I feel like I’m unraveling—quietly.”
Slothy: “That’s the loneliest kind of tired. When you're holding it together so well that no one notices you're falling apart.”
Delfino: “It’s not that I want people to fix it. I just wish someone saw it.”

Slothy: “We all need to be seen. Even the strongest.”
Delfino: “But when you’re the dependable one, the helper, the one who never crumbles… people start believing you can’t.”
Slothy: “And sometimes you start believing that too.”

Delfino: “I feel guilty even admitting this. Like I'm failing at being strong.”
Slothy: “Being honest isn’t a failure. It’s a form of strength that most people never dare to show.”
Delfino (softly): “So… what do I do with this tiredness?”
Slothy: “Let someone hold a piece of it. Not all of it. Just enough so you can breathe.”
Delfino: “And if I forget how to ask?”

Slothy: “Then I’ll stay beside you until you remember.”
🌟 A Message from Soulamore:
Some men are seen as solid, unshakable, always “fine.” But behind the strong front might be someone waiting for permission to rest.
You don’t need to be falling apart to deserve support.
At Soulamore, we offer soft spaces where even the strongest can soften. 🗣️ Speak with someone who understands: Our Peers 💬 Or write what’s too heavy to say in the Confession Box
