Monday Memes: The Bubble You Can’t Put Down

Delfino was struggling up the path by the stream, carefully balancing a large, shimmering bubble above her head. It trembled with every step—fragile but strangely heavy.

Slothy: “Delfino, what’s that?”

Delfino: “I don’t really know. It’s just… stuff. Thoughts, worries, half-conversations. Things I forgot to say. Things I regret saying.”

Slothy: “And you’ve been carrying all of that around?”

Delfino: “Yeah. I thought if I held onto it long enough, I’d figure it out. But now I just feel… tired.”

Slothy: “You know, you don’t have to solve every thought before setting it down.”

Delfino: “But what if I drop something important?”

Slothy: “Then you pick it back up—gently. You’re allowed to rest. Even your mind is allowed to breathe.”

🌟 A Message from Soulamore: Not every thought needs to be carried until it's solved. Some just need to be acknowledged—then released, piece by piece. You don’t have to make sense of the entire bubble before taking a break. Overthinking shared is overthinking eased. Drop it in the Confession Box, or let someone help you hold it for a while through Our Peers.
