Wednesday Wellness: For the Men Who Provide in Silence

The forest was quiet. Delfino noticed Slothy watching a squirrel disappear into the undergrowth—its arms full of acorns.

Delfino: “What are you thinking?”

Slothy: “Just… about the men who keep showing up. Providing. Smiling. And never saying how they’re really doing.”

Delfino: “He’s always smiling, but he never says how he’s doing.”

Slothy: “That’s exactly why you should ask.”

Delfino: “But what if he says ‘I’m fine’?”

Slothy: “Then stay. Listen anyway. Even quiet people are asking for something.”

Delfino: “I’ve been that guy. The one who never says he’s tired.”

Slothy: “Me too. We think staying strong means staying silent.”

Delfino: “But smiling can be armor.”

Slothy: “And even strength needs space to breathe.”

🌟 A Message from Soulamore: There are men in your life who show up for you, fix things for you, and make you laugh—even when they’re hurting inside. They may never say the words, but they deserve to hear: “I see you. I care about you. You don’t have to carry it alone.” This month, let’s check in on the ones who rarely ask for anything back. Because even strength needs space to rest. And we’re building that space.

📚 We've come across a thoughtful playlist that sheds light on men’s mental health—through real voices and vulnerable stories.
